The collection was donated to the MHSS archives by Agnes Wall, daughter of Rev. John G. Rempel, on March 14, 2005 with some later additions.

-Journal (manuscript) brought from Russia (Nieder Chortiza) with important notes, statistical data, clippings from newspapers etc,.
    -Statistical data on number of people in home village, Nieder Chortitza, who became ill of typhus and how many died during 1919-1920
    -When elected Mennonite minister (in N.C.) and list of services performed from 1920-1923
    -Services in Canada
    -Services on occasion of election as bishop in Rosthern
    -(Back of journal) Many handwritten pages and sketches on the functions and illnesses of the ear
-Journal (manuscript) - 'Ansprachen und Amtshandlungen als Aeltester'
    -Listings of services (weddings, funerals, baptisms) from Oct. 1946 to Feb. 1956 (last entry Feb. 21, 1956 - funeral of Heinrich Bergen at the Mayfair Church in Saskatoon). He had his stroke during the night of March 2-3, 1956 (entered by someone, probably Mrs. Rempel).
