Mennonite Historical Society of Saskatchewan (MHSS) is committed to respecting your privacy. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name. MHSS uses your information to better understand your needs, interests, and to provide you with better service. Our policy regarding the privacy of your information covers the five information principles.

MHSS provides this Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy and practices and the choices you can make about the way your information in collected and used. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured that we will only use it tie support your relationship with MHSS.

MHSS will not sell, rent, lease, of share your personal identifiable information to any outside person or other organization or company without your permission. We will only share information if required by law.

Access and Accuracy

MHSS strives to keep your personal identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your personal information upon request. To protect your privacy and security we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your personal information.

Security

MHSS is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, and to maintain accuracy and appropriate use, MHSS has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures.

Oversight

MHSS as a responsible member led organization follow all Canadian and Saskatchewan government laws and regulation with respect to privacy. We regularly review our policy and procedures to ensure they comply.
