Comments: This cemetery is not visible from the village street. It lies on the north side behind Larry Janzen’s farm. It has a cairn with the names of all the people buried there that George K. Fehr’s research revealed. It is enclosed by a barb wire fence and is well kept. Interesting is the fact that about 50% of the people died at birth, in infancy or in their first years, up to age 15. On the cairn is this inscription: Hebrews 9:27 “And as it is appointed unto men once to die but after this the judgment.

Also in German – “Und wie den menschen ist gesetzt eimal zusterben, danuch aber das Gericht.”
