Aberdeen Shanzenfeld CemeteryName of R.M.: Aberdeen No.: 373 According to Leonard Doell in Hague-Osler Mennonite Reserve Book (page234), Shanzenfeld was a 4 cornered hamlet homesteaded by David Peters, David Giesbrecht, Peter J. Wolfe and Jacob E. Wolfe families. The cemetery was located on the Giesbrecht property. Known to be buried there are David Peters' infant daughter, Sara Aug 20, 1901. Also Mrs. Peters' father, Cornelius Giesbrecht ,and children of Jacob E. Wolfe. There is no evidence of a cemetery today. # Note David & Elizabeth Peters were A.
