Author, Rudy Wiebe, to speak at Annual Meeting - March 2-3

The Annual Meeting of the MHSS is planned for Friday evening, March 2, and Saturday the 3rd. The theme will be: Building Bridges of Hope. Guest speaker is well-known Mennonite author, Rudy Wiebe.

Low German Book Launch

At 7:30 on Friday 17 February 2012 at Bethany Manor, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Jack Driedger will be reading and launching his latest book: En Bloemenheim Upgewoosen. [Growing Up in Blumenheim]. Chris Cox will be the "MC" and will give some background to the book, to the Low German language and to the value of preserving this unique language.

Copies can be purchased at the launch and Jack will be signing copies.
