Author, Rudy Wiebe, to speak at Annual Meeting - March 2-3The Annual Meeting of the MHSS is planned for Friday evening, March 2, and Saturday the 3rd. The theme will be: Building Bridges of Hope. Guest speaker is well-known Mennonite author, Rudy Wiebe. A promotional poster is available here now with more details. MHSS 2012 AGM poster with Rudy Wiebe. Low German Book LaunchAt 7:30 on Friday 17 February 2012 at Bethany Manor, Saskatoon ,Saskatchewan, Jack Driedger will be reading and launching his latest book: En Bloemenheim Upgewoosen. [Growing Up in Blumenheim]. Chris Cox will be the "MC" and will give some background to the book, to the Low German language and to the value of preserving this unique language.
